Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus; A New Addition to Reno Series with Outstanding Features

Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus is launched on 24 May 2023 in China and is considered to be the Flagship Smartphone of the Reno Series by Oppo.

 Design & Built

Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus comes in three colors Gold, Purple, and Black. It consists of 62.9 mm in length, 74.1 mm in width, 8.3 mm in thickness, and 194 g in weight. The front side of Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus has narrow bezels with a punch hole and the back side has a matt texture which feels like a better touch with an easy grip and has a plastic frame. A big camera module of three is in the back with MariSilicon Branding on it with a little bum.

 

 

 

Display & Battery

A 6.74 inches super AMOLED display with a 120 Hz Refresh Rate provides a better user experience. A high resolution of 1240×2772 and 1400 Nits of brightness gives high visibility both indoors and outdoors too. Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus has a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz and an aspect ratio of 20:9. In-display fingerprint sensor and corning Gorilla Glass Screen protection provide extra security to the phone. This phone comes with 100W fast charging and a non-removable 4700 mAh Li-Po battery which is huge for normal all-day usage.

 

Hardware & Storage

Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1, 3.2 GHz Octa Core, and GPU of Adreno 730. It comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset and an operating system of Android 13. Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus with a powerful processor proves to be the best gaming experience. Large Storage of LPDDR5 RAM UFS 3.1 is available for huge amounts of data storage. Two variants of 16GB RAM and 256/512 built-in storage are given by Oppo.

 

 

 

Camera

A triple-camera setup of powerful sensors with a single selfie camera gives promising images and video results. A primary camera of 50 MP with SONY IMX890 and a secondary ultra-wide camera of 8 MP with SONY IMAX709 are on top of the Camera Module. A 64 MP lens of Periscope Telephoto gives support of 3x digital zoom. 32 MP Selfie camera with LED flashlight enhances the user experience to the next level. The rear camera of Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus creates a video resolution of 4k@60fps and the front camera gives a high resolution of 1080@30fps.

 

Price

The expected price of Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus is slightly high according to the features and specifications as compared to the same price range devices. In Pakistan, Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus's expected price is Rs. 204,999 & in India, it's expected to be 45,890 Indian rupees.

 

My Opinions

Oppo Reno 10 Pro Plus shows a lot of improvement in the Pro+ Series which is the plus point of this Android Device. But if you want a smartphone worth its price, then you should go for other devices in the same price range.
