Top best Bollywood Movie - You Must watch

Since childhood, people have been scared to sleep—"Sleep or Gabbar will come!" But now the time has come to change that saying: "Go to sleep, otherwise Sikandar's ticket will be booked."

I have seen such a film that even calling it a film would be an insult to the word "film." People who abuse TV serials will now understand how good they are.

Before starting this video, understand one thing carefully: this is the review of Sikandar, don’t consider it a review of Salman Khan. There is a difference between the two. In this film, Shahrukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Prabhas, Yash, Pushpa, Allu Arjun—keep anyone in it—still, the review of this film will remain the same.

First Impressions and Setup

When I first heard the name Sikandar and saw Salman Khan confirmed, there couldn't have been a better casting. The film seemed like a hit from the start. But where expectations are high, the risk of heartbreak is even higher.

After watching Sikandar, it's 100% confirmed: Ghajini must have been successful only because of the remake factor. I cannot believe that a person who made Sikandar could have made Ghajini.

I really wanted to say good things. Seeing Salman return to theatres after 2 years made me emotional. His introduction in the plane was amazing—breaking fingers, twisting faces, all with Sikandar's title track in the background.

Story, Characters, and Confusion

The film tells us about Raja Sahab—why he's called "Raja" is explained slowly. Salman’s character is shown in detail. The film was promoted as more than just a mass entertainer, aiming to appeal to family audiences too.

Rashmika Mandanna's character is important, but she herself might be confused whether this was her film or not. She appears so little, and it's good she wasn’t shown more.

The core mystery—why 49 cases are registered against a man called "God on earth" by Raja Sahab—is barely touched. A minister in Mumbai wants to kill someone 700 km away—why? The film goes from love, action, revenge to nonsense quickly.

Direction, Villains, and Disappointment

After the first half, you'll feel like you've seen the entire movie before. Theories floated around online about surprises in Sikandar—but the biggest surprise is that there is no villain.

The people you think are villains are just cameos. Katappa would stab himself after watching this. The biggest villain here is the director. An idea came to his mind and he made a full film around it—with no acting, no story, and now no audience.

Editing, Music, and Execution

The editing is the worst part. Scenes come and go suddenly. There are so many random cuts, you’ll forget what happened. Songs just start playing out of nowhere.

To be fair, the songs aren't that bad—but their placement makes them feel unnecessary. It seems like the film was rushed for Eid.

Performances and Acting

Slow motion dialogues stretch a three-word line into 3 minutes. With 25 such dialogues, that’s 1 hour 15 minutes gone. Salman Khan has only hosted Bigg Boss in this film.

In action scenes, AR Murugadoss used some creativity. The colorful cinematography is probably the only good thing here. But what’s the point of the action if there’s no story?

Rashmika’s scenes with Salman lack chemistry. She shows dreams, and reality hits like Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh in a mismatched combo.

Writing, Climax, and Final Thoughts

The writing is absurd. A girl's heart operation is needed because her boyfriend broke her heart—really? Villains are even more ridiculous. Talented actors are wasted.

Prateik Babbar disappears. Katappa feels like a dubbed South villain. There’s no proper hero, villain, or climax.

The film sells Salman Khan’s real-life image more than actual storytelling. Social messages are forced and meaningless. Dialogues from the trailer don’t make sense even after 2.5 hours.

Conclusion: A Missed Opportunity

Sikandar is an outdated film. Nothing new, nothing good, nothing worth making a movie for. Using Salman Khan and still making a mess is unforgivable.

You’ll get one star out of five—half for the title track, Salman’s entry, and some colorful visuals.

Negatives:

  • Old, predictable story

  • No real villain

  • Awkward Salman-Rashmika casting

  • Poor acting and editing

Final Words:

Salman Khan deserves much better. His fanbase is massive, but if he keeps doing films like this, he may lose them.
